#### Requirements

- **Proof of ownership or lease for plant/equipment** and **COIDA good standing**.
- **Tax compliance status** (SARS PIN or TCS) and, if applicable, proof of CSD registration.
- Complete and submit mandatory documents: **SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1**, pricing schedule, and proof of CSD; sign the contract form (SBD7) if awarded.
- Compliance documentation for central supplier database and, where applicable, B-BBEE status verification.
- Health & safety: Site-specific OHS plan, PPE, and a Safety Officer where required.
- Environmental: measures to prevent pollution and disturbance; acceptable waste/disposal; environmental instructions from SANParks.
- Site requires health, safety and environmental compliance to be verifiable before works commence.
