**The ATNS RFQ seeks to appoint a service provider for digital forensic investigations into malware incidents at FAPE and alleged data theft incidents at FAMM.** This is targeted at digital forensics specialists with OT/IT incident response, malware analysis, evidence handling, and data protection compliance capabilities. Bids will be evaluated on price and ATNS-specific goals, with a Two-stage process up to a Rand value of R50,000,000.

#### Requirements
- Proven digital forensic capabilities in OT/IT environments; malware analysis and reverse engineering where required.
- Forensic evidence collection with chain-of-custody and legally defensible reporting.
- Ability to determine infection source, data exfiltration events, timelines, and affected systems/data.
- Digital evidence management with proper documentation and traceability; interim and final reports suitable for executive, legal, regulatory and audit uses.
- Compliance requirements: POPIA consent, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, CSD registration proof, CIPC documents, shareholder IDs/certificates, and B-BBEE documentation.
- Professional indemnity insurance and acceptance of ATNS standard GCC terms (contract terms, retention, confidentiality).
