#### Requirements
- Labour and equipment
  - Minimum 50 movers/labourers for eviction operations
  - 5 x 4-ton trucks (minimum) and 2 towing trucks
- Operational deliverables
  - Attendance at pre- and post-eviction briefings with EHC, Sheriff, and SAPS
  - Submit a detailed pre-eviction Operational Plan; provide Post-Eviction Report
  - Post-eviction site clean-up and reporting
- Compliance and documentation (Stage 1–2)
  - Mandatory disqualification criteria: late submissions, incomplete pricing schedule, missing/incorrect submission register, missing MBD forms
  - Administrative documents: certified director’s ID, proof of CIPC registration (with director IDs), current municipal account, lease if applicable, company pricing on letterhead, BBBEE affidavit, bank letter, tax PIN, CSD report, POPIA-compliant handling undertaking
  - Pricing schedule completed and VAT-inclusive
- Preference and evaluation (PPPFA 2022)
  - 80/20 price-to-qualification points; specific goals as per MBD 6.1 (HDI 5; Woman 3; Disability 2; Youth 2; Within Ekurhuleni 8)
  - Documentation to substantiate specific-goal claims
