#### Requirements
- Valid COIDA letter of good standing; SALI membership.  
- Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be tax compliant (provide CSD proof or SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN).  
- Due diligence before appointment: site visit, lease/ownership proof for offices, signed due diligence report, and verified employment contracts.  
- If a joint venture, attach JV agreement, CSD reports for all members, signed SBD 4 forms for all members, and valid B-BBEE certificate.  
- Complete and sign required documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2, GCC.  
- Provide three written reference letters (within 5 years) confirming relevant gardening/landscaping work; attach CVs for key staff (landscaping supervisor with SAQA-aligned qualification; minimum 5 CVs for gardeners with 3+ years’ experience).  
- Health and safety: OHSA compliance, PPE, risk assessments, incident reporting, safety file.  
- B-BBEE documentation and specific goals compliance; complete the preference points form (SBD 6.1) and provide proof as required.  
- Pricing schedule and related schedules (Schedules 1–6) completed and submitted with bid responses.
