- Accept SANParks Standard Terms and Conditions (initial each page) or propose amendments (see Standard Terms and Conditions for Services - Request For Bids.pdf).
- Maintain B-BBEE compliance; provide valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit; keep status throughout the contract.
- Sign/accept Annexure A (Contract Schedule) and Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) as part of the agreement.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality; POPIA obligations apply.
- Comply with OHS, health and safety requirements; procure valid insurance; provide background checks for personnel.
- Meet Service Levels; potential penalties and risk of supplier restrictions for non-performance.
- SANParks ownership and IP terms: Deliverables and related IP vest in SANParks; service provider warranties against IP infringement.
- Allow SANParks audits; maintain records for 5 years post-termination.
- Sub-contracting requires SANParks’ consent; ensure proper supervision of personnel.
