**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES OF A SANAS ACCREDITED VERIFICATION AGENCY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.** This RFQ seeks SANAS-accredited verification agencies to perform B-BBEE verification under the ICT Sector Code for SABC over three years. Suitable bidders are SANAS-accredited BBBEE verification providers with proven B-BBEE expertise, project management capability, and the ability to deliver a consolidated B-BBEE certificate and detailed reports (plus debrief) for the SABC. #### Requirements
- Valid SANAS accreditation as a verification agency (certificate required at closing and at award).
- Mandatory documents: proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; company TV License statement for the company and all active directors/shareholders; valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN; original or certified BBBEE certificate from a SANAS-accredited verifier; certified company registration; certified shareholders’ certificates; certified IDs for directors/members.
- Demonstrate extensive B-BBEE experience and ICT Sector Code familiarity; strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proposals must include a comprehensive methodology, summary of relevant similar work, company profile with CVs of assigned resources, at least three client references for B-BBEE verification, a detailed project plan with timelines, total cost, and any additional likely costs (refer Annexure F – Pricing Schedule).
- Contract duration: three years; location: SABC Auckland Park.
- Evaluation: second phase with 80/20 functionality/price scoring; minimum threshold 55/80 for technical evaluation; price and specific goals apply for award.
