#### Requirements
- Returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (mandatory); BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs may be optional but prefer documentation).
- Company profile showing at least 5 years’ experience in recruitment vetting; minimum of 3 written references in the last 5 years.
- CSD registration (must be registered; provide CSD details).
- Pricing schedule: completed SBD 3.1; firm prices for 5-year period; pricing in five yearly blocks; include VAT.
- Proof of BBBEE status or sworn affidavit; preference points for specific goals (BBEE, ownership by Black groups, etc.).
- Tax compliance status (SARS PIN/CSD/PIN as applicable).
- Compliance with the National Treasury GCC; as-and-when PO basis; payments within 30 days after invoice.
- Price validity: 60 days from closing date.
