**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR REPORT WRITING AND PRESENTATION TRAINING FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR PRASA KZN.** 
Bidders should be training providers accredited to deliver SAQA Unit Standard 110023, with experience in report-writing and presentation training, capacity to issue competency certificates, and ability to operate under PRASA procurement rules ( Durban/NQF 4 level requirements apply).

#### Requirements
- SAQA Unit Standard: 110023 training, accredited provider, with a Competency Certificate issued on successful completion ( Durban venue; 4 days; NQF 4). 
- Compliance and registrations: Tax compliance status (SARS PIN or TCS), CSD registration, and separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia/sub-contractors where applicable.
- Specific goals: Evidence for Black Women owned (5 points), Black Youth owned (5 points), and 51% Black Owned (10 points) with documented proof (ID copies, BBEE/CIPC documents).
- Returnable documents: Completion of all RFQ documentation, joint venture/consortium details if applicable, SARS PIN, and CSD number.
- General conditions: Adherence to PRASA General Conditions of Purchase (payment terms, delivery, warranty considerations for services).

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: 13 October 2026 by 12:00. Submissions must be hand-delivered to 65 Masabalala Yengwa Avenue, PRASA Regional Office, Foyer Helpdesk; sign the submission register; only bids in Tender Box 2 will be accepted.
