#### Requirements

- 24/7 security, CCTV with recording, access control with audit trail, incident reporting and investigation capabilities.  
- Detailed inventory management: asset tagging/tracking, regular reconciliation reports.  
- Insurance: proof covering theft, damage, fire/natural disasters; clear liability terms for stored items.  
- Mandatory experience: 3–5 years in storage/warehousing.  
- Compliance/documents: completion of SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, and SBD3 with CSD registration and SARS Tax Verification PIN (or CSD number).
