- Insurance: maintain appropriate cover for the duration of the contract as required by the contract.  
- Compliance with contract terms, including prohibition on unapproved sub-contracting/assignment and acceptance of a Letter of Acceptance; provide safety information as required.  
- Ensure safe handling and restoration of the works area and hand over in a clean, safe condition.
