**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND OFF-LOADING OF 20MM WATER METERS WITH BOX AND TAIL PIECES.** Lephalale Local Municipality invites bids from suppliers/distributors of water metering equipment capable of delivering 100 units (per pricing schedule) to Lephalale, with delivery and off-loading responsibilities. Bidders should be experienced in water metering or related fittings and be able to comply with local procurement rules and PPPFA 2022, including SMME/locality goals where applicable.

#### Requirements
- Bids delivered by the stipulated time to the correct address; late bids not considered.
- Submit on official forms; complete MBD 1/3.1/6.1/4/8/9 as applicable.
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide tax compliance information (PIN/TCS) where required.
- Comply with GCC and any applicable special conditions; include Joint Venture documentation if applicable.
- Provide copies of company registration and proof of municipal rates/taxes to claim locality.
- Brand names to be specified in Annexure G (Price Schedule); delivery within five working days if quoted ex-stock; include delivery costs in pricing.
- Payment terms: 30 days after receipt of invoice.
- Include evidence of SMME/locality eligibility to claim points under the 80/20 system (80 for price, 20 for goals).
