#### Requirements

- Minimum five client reference letters (≤5 years old) for JD Edwards implementations/support
- Signed Service Level Agreement or Commitment Schedule
- Signed Non-disclosure Agreement and adherence to SABS terms
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax compliance (PIN/TCS)
- Completion of pricing and management documentation (Appendices A, E, F, G–I, J–K)
- Transfer of IP rights to SABS
