## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of Oracle Database licenses, maintenance and support for RAF for 36 months.** The RAF invites OEM-accredited Oracle partners with a Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) to supply new licenses, ongoing maintenance and support, patching, security hardening, and migration assistance across RAF environments (Production, Development, Sandbox, DR) with in-country presence.

#### Requirements
- Certified/Accredited Oracle Partner with MAF from Oracle.
- Minimum 5 years experience in: end-to-end lifecycle management of Oracle licenses; cloud-native DB solutions; Oracle 19c+; HA/Clustering; capacity/performance management; security/threat management.
- At least two client references in the last 5 years for Oracle DB implementation/support.
- CIDB registration proof (if applicable); Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD registration; sign all SBDs.
- Onshore presence or clearly defined local support model.
- Privacy/security: Professional Indemnity; encryption, auditing; POPIA compliance; RAF data handling restrictions.
- Returnable documents completed and signed (SBD 1, 3.1/3.2/3.3, 4, 5, 6.1) and related supplier information.
