**The procurement is the appointment of a service provider to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the MICT SETA ICT governance processes for a 12-month period.** Bidders should have ICT governance assessment expertise, with COBIT 2019 or ISO/IEC 38500 certifications, and a proven track record in public-sector engagements.

- Mandatory accreditation: COBIT 2019 or ISO/IEC 38500 certification (proof required).
- Experience: minimum five years’ ICT governance assessment experience with RSA client references; five years’ experience earns more points.
- Deliverables/approach: detailed Approach and Methodology covering document reviews, stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, and structured assessment tools.
- Compliance/registrations: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliant with SARS tax obligations (PIN/TCS); provide CSD/TCS proof as applicable.
- Briefing and submission rules: attend the compulsory supplier briefing; submissions must be in a separate pricing envelope; bid validity of 120 days.
- Deliverables scope: Inception, ICT Governance Assessment Report, Maturity and Gap Analysis, Improvement Roadmap, and executive presentation to EXCO/Board.
