**Procurement of a turnkey service provider to clean up, remediate and rehabilitate the Lichtenburg (Biesiesvlei) Waste Tyre Depot for six months.** The project targets environmental remediation contractors with expertise in contaminated land, waste management and site rehabilitation, supported by relevant professional registrations and health and safety capabilities.

#### Requirements
- Turnkey remediation: design, implement and deliver a final site condition compliant with Soil Screening Values (SSV1) under the National Norms and Standards for Remediation of Contaminated Land and Waste Act.
- Mandatory site investigation: pre-tender in-situ sampling (at least 17 soil samples: 2 baseline, 15 within fire-affected area) with SANAS-lab analyses, site plan, photos and sign‑in; adherence to Annexure B requirements.
- Key experts: Project Team Leader (Key Expert 1) and Technical Specialist (Key Expert 2) must be professionally registered (e.g., Pr Eng with ECSA, Pr Sci Nat with SACNASP, EAPASA; or SACPCMP) and provide certified registrations (Annexure D/E).
- Health and safety and CLO: develop/implement Health and Safety Plan; appoint a Community Liaison Officer; PSIRA-compliant security if required.
