#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to conceptualise, manufacture and install two radio astronomy image gallery displays at SARAO's Engineering Operations Centre, Klerefontein, Northern Cape.** (RFQ-SARAO-SRES-TM-(PRF-4326)-2026-27 - IMAGE GALLERY INSTALLATIONS.pdf) Bidders should have capability in conceptual design, fabrication of large-format image displays, on-site installation, and relevant BBBEE/compliance credentials.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to conceptualise, manufacture and install two image galleries in a canteen space; artwork must be SARAO-approved before installation. (RFQ doc)
- Complete mandatory returnables: SBD1, SBD3.1 (pricing), SBD4, SBD6.1; provide BBBEE evidence (certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs). CIDB not required.
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include CSD confirmation with the bid.
- Two-phase evaluation: Phase 1 administrative compliance; Phase 2 80/20 preference points (price 80, BBBEE 20).
- Pricing must be firm, inclusive of VAT; bids valid 60 days; payment terms 30 days after delivery/acceptance.
- Lead time: within 3 working days after PO; site measurements must be confirmed on site (contact Vivienne Rowland).
