- Detailed methodology, project plan, and resource schedule covering the full scope of work.
- Solution architecture owned by OEM or valid reseller agreement (OEM or reseller proof).
- South Africa data hosting: signed letter confirming SA hosting address.
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) and, for consortia, separate TCS or CSD numbers; CIDB registration if applicable.
- BBBEE compliance and, if requested, Transformation Plan with timelines.
- Complete and sign all returnable documents; English language; fill in required bid forms and attachments (e.g., Company Profile, Contract Data).
- Price and contract terms: prepare two-envelope submission (technical and financial) per the tender rules; bid validity 90 days.
