#### Requirements
- Complete the RFQ document on the company letterhead.
- B-BBEE verification: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
- Tax clearance/status: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance; CSD registration (register within 7 working days if not already).
- CIDB registration: 1GB or higher; provide 3 completion certificates for similar works.
- Financial capacity: bank statement (within 7 days of closing) or proof of funding.
- ID copies of company directors; Supplier Code of Conduct.
- Returnable documents: all SBD forms signed; JV/BEE certificates if applicable.
