- SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.  
- Latest tax clearance and Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; if not registered, must register within 7 working days of award.  
- Returnable documents: completed RFQ, official quotation on company letterhead, IDs of directors, Supplier Code of Conduct, and proof of B-BBEE/CSD/tax compliance.  
- Special conditions include adherence to SAFCOL general RFQ terms; prices inclusive of VAT; and JV rules with consolidated BEE where applicable.
