#### Requirements
- CIDB 1CE+; proven construction experience in stream crossings.
- Compliance with technical specifications: 1000mm HDPE culverts, 8KN/m², SANS 21138, sand-seal sockets; provide a compliance letter on letterhead.
- Valid COIDA good standing.
- 100% VAT-inclusive pricing; firm offers.
