## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a turnkey design and reconstruction service for Shop Nos 1, 2, 3 & 4 at IDFC Jozini Shopping Centre in KwaZulu-Natal.** Open to service providers with design, engineering and construction capabilities to deliver a full turnkey project (including handling of design, approvals, and on-site reconstruction).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/CSD verification; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors; VAT status where applicable.
- Evidence of relevant experience: letters of reference for similar turnkey design/construction projects.
- Special insurance: professional indemnity cover of at least R2,000,000 per discipline, to be in place within 14 working days of award.
- Personnel: personnel on award must be those proposed; substitutions require IDFC approval.
- Design due diligence: 14-day mandatory design due diligence period; audit inherited drawings/data.
- Design liability transfer: liability for design transfers to the Service Provider after Design Audit acceptance.
- Site inspections allowed; bid validity period 120 days.
