## Summary

#### Overview
**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, IMPLEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A CLOUD-BASED MICROSOFT TEAMS TELEPHONY SYSTEM AND CALL CENTER SOLUTION FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS.** PSira invites bids from ICT/telecom and contact‑center integrators to design, deploy and support a Teams-based telephony and call‑center platform for 36 months. 

#### Requirements
- Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Declaration of Interest, SBD 6.1 Preference Forms, plus GCC and Terms of Reference. 
- The Call Centre platform must hold current Microsoft Teams Connected Contact Center certification; provide a letter from the OEM confirming current certification with Microsoft Teams. 
- Attend the compulsory briefing session and submit a Safe to Occupy certificate with the bid. 
- Meet tax/compliance requirements: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and/or CSD number (with separate TCS for each consortium member if applicable). 
- Bid validity: 120 days.
