#### Overview
**The DPSA seeks a service provider to develop and deliver the Departmental Information Security Officer (DISO) Training Programme for the Public Service.** Bidders should have expertise in instructional design, e-learning (Moodle/Articulate), information security, and public-sector delivery; the programme will be hosted by the National School of Government (NSG). #### Requirements
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive DISO training programme with learning modules, case studies, practical exercises, assessments, and quizzes.  
- Align content with DPSA/NSG directives and deliver online, self-paced learning hosted by NSG; provide source files for DPSA editability.  
- Include multimedia content (video MP4, audio MP3), learner guides, quizzes, and scenario-based activities; applicable to network, app, and cloud security.  
- Ensure compatibility with Moodle 4.5; Articulate 360 is acceptable for development.  
- Deliverables: Learning materials, QA/assurance, final product description, and a project schedule.  
- Compliance: Tax/PIN/TCS (SARS), CSD registration (or separate TCS per party for consortia).
