- Provide a detailed technical approach, team structure, and CVs (team members limited to two pages each); include hours per task and on-site considerations.
- Minimum three contactable reference letters; 80/20 preference point system applies (SBD 6.1 and B-BBEE documentation required).
- Complete and submit SBD forms (Invitation to Bid, Pricing Schedule, Declaration of Interest, Preference Points Form) and CSD verification; submit an original/certified B-BBEE certificate.
- Initial each page of the General Conditions of Contract (Annexure A).
