## Summary

#### Overview
**The procurement aims to appoint a service provider to develop SAFCOL’s Integrated Report for three financial years.** Suitable bidders are firms with integrated reporting and corporate communications expertise, capable of design, writing, editing, printing and delivering both print and digital formats, and willing to work with SAFCOL stakeholders (including interviews). The Service Provider should be near SAFCOL Head Office in Pretoria and able to travel as required. (Annexure 1 / S3 Scope of Work)

#### Requirements
- Proven experience in design, writing, editing and production of integrated reports aligned to IIRC, King IV and IFRS Sustainability frameworks; ability to deliver print (IPad/A5, 176pp plus 4pp cover, 200 copies) and digital assets (USBs, PowerPoint) and an accompanying parliamentary presentation. 
- Compliance and registrations: CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance PIN/TCS (or CSD if no TCS), VAT status, and submission of SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1; confirmation of B-BBEE status or sworn affidavit; consortium/JV arrangements where applicable. (RFB013/2026.pdf)
- Contract and governance: NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC4) framework; 36-month service period; PPPFA/BBEE scoring; confidentiality and NDA obligations; security clearances as required; supplier code of conduct adherence. (Annexure 1)
