**Appointment of a service provider to develop the Departmental Information Security Officer (DISO) Training Programme for the Public Service.** DPSA seeks a supplier with advanced information security expertise, cybersecurity governance experience, curriculum development capability and online-learning development to design a comprehensive, NSG-hosted DISO training programme with modules, case studies, practicals and assessments to be delivered within 3 months.

#### Requirements
- Advanced information security expertise; cybersecurity governance experience; curriculum development; online learning development.
- Knowledge of information security standards/frameworks and ability to design an online course.
- Key personnel: Lead Information Security Expert (CISSP or CISM; 8+ years in governance/risk) and Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer (NQF6+; 5+ years).
- Mandatory documents: company profile, abridged CVs, qualifications, at least three reference sites, CSD registration, and detailed cost breakdown.
- Compliance: SARS tax PIN/TCS; tax and CSD requirements; no bidding from in-service state personnel per SBDs.
- Deliverables must be suitable for Moodle-based NSG platform and accessible with standard tools.
