- Pricing must be VAT inclusive; bids valid for 120 days; price evaluation 80/20 (price 80, specific goals 10, BBBEE 10)
- Compulsory briefing/site meeting on 26 October 2026 at 14:00 (Bergrivier Municipal Offices); entry closes 14:10; attendance is mandatory
