#### Requirements
- SANAS-accredited calibration laboratory for gas metrology (on-site calibration at Eskom Gourikwa).
- Provide calibration certificates for SO2 and NOx; use gas-phase titration (GPT) for NOx; schedule and complete on-site calibrations.
- Evidence of compliance: CSD registration or SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; tax compliance; BBBEE status; SBD 3.3 (Pricing), SBD 4 (Bidder's Declaration), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points) submitted; POPIA supplier notice and consent.
- Phase 3: provide calibration references post-2018; multiple references; SAWS may conduct due diligence/site visits; SLA to be concluded if awarded.
- Compliance with GCC/SCC and ability to provide calibration certificates and performance management/scorecard.
