#### Overview
**Procurement of the hire of sound equipment and the supply and delivery of branding materials for the City of Mbombela Men and Women Empowerment Seminar.** Open to experienced AV/sound and branding suppliers capable of providing sound gear, backdrops, banners, branding items, and related on-site services for the 17–20 August 2026 event (Mbombela Stadium Shed). Key eligibility includes tax compliance, CSD registration, B-BBEE status, and financial/insurance prerequisites.

#### Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate; alternate pre-award SARS process for foreign bidders.  
- Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) report (not older than 30 days).  
- Copy of company registration; IDs for directors; JV/consortium documentation if applicable.  
- Proof of municipal rates/taxes for the business and all active directors (or lease evidence with lessor’s rates).  
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs, consolidated B-BBEE for JV/consortia).  
- Proof of sound equipment hire experience (appointment letters/reference letters).  
- Public liability insurance (from a registered insurer) if required; COIDA where applicable.  
- No involvement in service-of-state or tender defaulters; compliance with SCM rules.  
- For joint ventures/consortia: separate TCS/CSD/documents for each party and a detailed JV/consortium agreement.
