- Completion of official bid forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) and related documentation; proof of authorisation to sign.
- B-BBEE status: claim points with proof; adhere to 80/20 or 90/10 preference framework.
- Compliance with GCC/SCC and any mandatory and evaluation criteria outlined in the bid documentation; non-collusive bidding and anti-corruption disclosures.
- Stage 2 mandatory requirements and technical/functional scoring as per the Terms of Reference (detailed in the bid documents).
