Target bidders are B-BBEE compliant EMEs/QSEs; Level 1–4 for MO/ADM/512/25 and Level 1–3 for MO/ADM/515/25. Documents collection: 19 May–02 June 2026. Closing: 19 June 2026, 12:00. #### Requirements
- Targeted B-BBEE status: EMEs/QSEs Level 1–4 (MO/ADM/512/25) or Level 1–3 (MO/ADM/515/25).  
- Minimum functionality scores: 75% (MO/ADM/512/25) or 65% (MO/ADM/515/25).  
- Tenders must be sealed, endorsed with the Contract Number, and deposited in the RBIDZ Tender Box by 12:00 on 19 June 2026.  
- Payment of the tender fee (R500) is required prior to document issuance.  
- Tenders will be evaluated on compliance, functionality, then price and preference (80/20); late or non-compliant submissions are disqualified.
