#### Requirements
- Demonstrable technical capability, experience, and resources for routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections per the service plan; comply with all legal, statutory, and safety requirements.
- Minimum two client reference letters for vacuum systems maintenance, issued in the last 7 years, on official letterhead with scope, duration, and verification contacts.
- Proof of Western Cape locality footprint (municipal bill, lease, title deed, or official stamped letter).
- Proof of COIDA compliance (Letter of Good Standing) or a registered Mutual Association.
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application.
- SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days from submission (separate TCS/PIN for consortium members as applicable).
- B-BBEE documentation: CSD report, CIPC documents, shareholder certificates, ID copies, and valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs).
- Prices must include VAT and be valid for 180 days from closing date; provide delivery capability for parts within 7 working days; maintain a consistent core team; provide tools, labour, and safety compliance documentation (OHS file where required).
