#### Requirements
- Compliance with NRF bidding rules (SBD1, SBD3.2, SBD4, SBD6.1; SBD6.2 where applicable) and proof of authority.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status or CSD registration; separate submissions for joint ventures.  
- Central Supplier Database registration and valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; specific-goals considerations.
