#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number and have tax clearance status.
- Provide a BBBEE certificate and comply with municipal rates/taxes requirements.
- Submit Duly Signed MBD forms (MBD 1, 4, 5, 8, 9) or delegation of authority; declare any interests.
- Provide Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years (or proof not required by law).
- Provide Manufacturer brochure and confirm conformance to the minimum technical specifications for the insulated 2-door trailer (dimensions, insulation, chassis, body, doors, cargo restraint, lighting, roadworthiness, etc.).
- Provide documentation for homologation and statutory compliance (NRCS VC 8026, SANS, NATIS/eNaTIS, VIN/chassis details, Weighbridge certificate).
- Ensure registration/licensing support for the trailer and after-sales support; minimum 12-month warranty; OEM/agent support and manuals.
- If a joint venture, provide JV agreement and related documents.
- Attend (or be recorded as not applicable) to any compulsory briefing session; ensure pricing schedule is complete and properly signed; comply with pricing rules.

#### How to Apply
- Submission is via the online Ariba portal by no later than 10:00 on 21 October 2026 (no tender box deposits).
