#### Requirements

- On the team: at least one of – an ECSA-registered Electrical Engineer/Technologist; or a Registered Installation Electrician with a PV Green Card (or equivalent).
- If not permanently employed, provide a Letter of Intent from the professional and registration details; subcontracting within George with compliant subcontractors is allowed with a commitment letter.
- Minimum two PV+BESS reference projects (proof via Referee Forms and completion certificates).
- Stage 2: 80 points for price, 20 for B-BBEE/specific goals; comply with PPPAct, Procurement Policy, and CSD/TAX requirements.
- TCS PIN for tax compliance; register on CSD if successful.
