- Admin/compliance
- Registered vendor on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); SARS tax compliance status/pin; if consortia, separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party; if no TCS but CSD exists, provide CSD number; SBD 1 and SBD 4 completed; proof of authority to sign.

- Required qualifications and experience (designated key roles) with CVs and certified qualifications:
  - Provincial Manager: postgrad in Business Admin or Chemical Eng; 5+ years senior management; evidence of sector-related projects.
  - Laboratory Manager: postgraduate in Chemical Eng or equivalent; 5+ years in detergent manufacturing management.
  - Financial Management Resource: National Diploma in Accounting/Financial Management; 3+ years relevant experience.
  - Marketing Officer: Diploma in Marketing; 3+ years experience.
- Staffing plan per site (KwaMashu, Gamalakhe, Esikhawini, Madadeni/Newcastle) with defined roles and CVs.
- Scope of work covers recruitment, curriculum/training delivery, learner management, business support, and facility management including safety, security, and reporting.
