#### Requirements

- Compliance: SAFCOL SHEQ standards, IMS, BOPs, FSC principles; OHS and environmental rules; safety inductions.  
- Staffing and safety: on-site supervisors, at least one trained first aider per operation, SHE reps, safety officer; PPE and route/tracking devices.  
- Labour and governance: valid IDs/work permits, reputable with Worker's Compensation Fund, UIF; appropriate employment contracts; minimum wage adherence.  
- Legal/financial: tax compliance (PIN or CSD), B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; public liability insurance min R5 million.  
- Contracting: signed JV/consortia agreements if applicable; back-to-back agreements with principals where subcontracting; confidentiality and supplier code of conduct adherence.
