- Security and ICT: SSA security screening for bidder staff and any sub-contractors; PSIRA-listed security personnel; restricted IT environment (no internet during production; up-to-date antivirus; tested firewalls and secure data handling; shredding and secure document storage).
- Skills: editing, desktop publishing (Adobe Creative Cloud), project management, time management.
- Compliance: 90-day bid validity; 60% functionality threshold; full SBDs (SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1), full CSD report (and CIPC docs) where applicable; tax clearance (or SARS PIN); JV CSD if applicable; specific goals documentation for preferential points.
