**Procurement of a service provider to procure and deliver equipment to rural cooperatives and small-scale farmers within the City of Mbombela.** Eligible bidders are service providers in agricultural equipment and related logistics who can procure, stock, deliver and hand over or demonstrate equipment, with appropriate compliance (B-BBEE, tax clearance, CSD registration).

#### Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN and SARS tax compliance status.
- Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report (not older than 30 days).
- Certified company registration document and certified IDs for directors.
- Current municipal rates and taxes statement for the business and for all directors (or approved alternatives for tribal/residence arrangements).
- Certified copy of B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE options allowed).
- Compliance documents for joint ventures/consortia (separate TCS/CSD for each party).
- COIDA certificate where applicable; proof of no municipal arrears.
- Evidence of address consistency between CSD and company registration; lease agreements if applicable.
- Not in service of the state and not on the Register for Tender Defaulters.
- Completion of mandatory MBD forms and returnable documents as specified (MBD1/4/5/6/9, etc.).
