## Summary

#### Overview
**ATNS seeks a service provider to deliver Microsoft Office training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms) at Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels over twelve months, on an as-and-when-required basis for the ATS department and related sites.** Bidders should be accredited Microsoft Office/M365 training providers (e.g., MCT/Learning Partner, SETA such as MICT SETA, QCTO) with valid credentials, and able to deliver on-site training in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal.

#### Requirements
- Accredited and recognized Microsoft Office/M365 training provider with valid accreditation (MCT/Learning Partner and/or SETA and/or QCTO or equivalent)  
- Minimum two client reference letters for Microsoft training within the last five years (on client letterhead, with verifiable contact details, signed)  
- Detailed training methodology and work plan for Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, including a schedule, practical exercises, case studies, assessments, and certificates  
- On-site facilitator-led delivery, content aligned to workplace scenarios, with a plan for small-group learning  
- Training materials: learner manuals, digital resources, practice files, and reference materials  
- Training schedule showing module durations, total days, delivery format, and sequencing; training to be conducted at the service provider’s facilities with arrangements for Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal sites  
- Stage 1–3 evaluation readiness: SARS tax compliance, CSD registration, CIPC documents, shareholder IDs, and B-BBEE documentation where applicable  
- Training delivery address and logistics, including facilities in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal; two training sites if needed
