#### Requirements

- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration or evidence; disqualification if not registered by closing.
- B-BBEE: submit B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; complete specific-goals claims if applicable.
- Completion of official bid forms: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule, Annexure C), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Form).
