#### Requirements
- Mandatory OEM accreditation certificate or reseller letter for the proposed VMS (valid at bid close). If OEM, provide confirmation letter.
- Tax and supplier verification: SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number; each JV/consortium member to provide its own.
- Mandatory compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; Tax Compliance Status verification; POPIA compliance; OHS awareness.
- Returnable documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD3, SBD7 (and proof of authority) as applicable.
- Technical evaluation: Stage 1 Mandatory Technical Evaluation; Stage 2 Functionality (70% threshold to progress); Stage 3 Price and Specific Goals Evaluation.
