**Appointment of a service provider for the provision of adult swimming lessons for safety purposes.** The NRF SAEON in Observatory, Cape Town seeks a supplier to deliver flexible, individual adult swimming lessons (Beginner, Learn to swim, Stroke correction) for employees near water sources. Provide 5–20 lesson packages, with heated indoor pools, certificates on completion, and patient instructors.

#### Requirements
- Offer adult swimming lessons aligned to specified levels; sessions non-group, flexible scheduling, minimum 30 minutes per lesson; certificates on completion.
- Facilities: heated/indoor pools; proximity to SAEON Fynbos offices in Observatory; coaching staff must be friendly and patient; packages of 5–20 lessons.
- Documentation and compliance: valid tax PIN or SARS TCS; Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (preference), and SBD 6.2 (local content) where applicable.
- Health and safety: COID/Letter of Good Standing; health and safety plan; site induction as required.
- Pricing and contracting: fixed pricing in ZAR, inclusive of taxes; delivery against NRF purchase orders; contract is a once-off supply with a 60-day validity period.
