- B-BBEE: B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for preferential points).
- Completion of mandatory bid documents: SBD 1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Claim Form) with supporting documents.
