#### Overview
**The RFQ seeks a service provider to deliver accredited Assessor and Moderator training for ATNS Operational On-the-Job Training Instructors (OJTIs).** Training covers ATC, ATSA, and AIM programmes for 100 learners (two cohorts of 50). Delivery must be fully SAQA-accredited with relevant SETA (e.g., ETDP SETA) accreditation, with formal certificates issued on completion. Training spans 5 days per group of 10 participants, conducted at ATNS locations (King Shaka, Port Elizabeth, Bruma). Submissions are online via the e-Tender system. #### Requirements
- Accredited service provider to offer Assessor and Moderator training (SAQA-recognised body and relevant SETA, valid at submission date).  
- Formal accreditation evidence and certificates for trainers; issue certificates to all learners.  
- Training delivery for 100 ATNS personnel across 2 × 50-learner cohorts; sessions aligned to SAQA/SETA standards.  
- Facilitators with verifiable credentials; at least 3 years’ training experience; experience in accredited environments.  
- Delivery includes materials, learner assessments, moderation, attendance records, and completion reports.  
- Training venues: ATNS King Shaka, Port Elizabeth, Bruma Head Office.  
- Administrative prerequisites: SARS tax compliance PIN, CSD registration, Declaration of Interest, CSD/CIPC proof, and SBD forms as applicable.
