**APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SKILLED AND UNSKILLED LABOUR ON A RATE BASIS FOR LOCAL AND OUT-STATION MAINTENANCE AT CAPE TOWN STATION (FACT) ON AN AS-AND-WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.** The contract covers supplying labour (skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled) for maintenance at Cape Town Station, with work on an as-needed basis for five years. Bidders must meet SA regulatory and certification requirements and can bid via online submission.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrate capability to deliver services in compliance with all applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
- COIDA compliance: valid Letter of Good Standing (or registered mutual association) and ensure COIDA is valid.
- Public/liability insurance: maintain through contract duration.
- SARS tax compliance: valid PIN; PIN must remain valid for 60 days from submission.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration: latest full CSD report.
- Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) documents: full registration documents.
- B-BBEE: valid certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs); used for ATNS-specific goals.
