**Appointment of a service provider for end-to-end Total Rewards and Advisory Services for a period of five years.** Sasria seeks a consultant to deliver strategy development, benchmarking, job profiling and grading, policy governance, market insights, incentive design, pay equity, and ongoing advisory with implementation support. Suitable bidders are firms with proven End-to-End Total Rewards experience (benchmarking, job evaluation, labour law, governance) and relevant BBBEE status. Bids are governed by RFP 2026/16, with a closing deadline of 07 July 2026, 12:00, submitted via the Sasria Online Tender Portal (no hard copies) and a 150-day price validity.

#### Requirements
- Proof of tax compliance via CSD and a valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit (with special rules for EMEs/QSEs).  
- Completion and sign-off of Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and Annexures (A–D) as part of Returnable Schedules.  
- Detailed technical proposal, team CVs (minimum 3 members) and client reference letters.  
- Financial/price proposal, VAT exclusive, aligned to the pricing model in Part 4.
