## Summary

#### Overview
**The RFQ seeks a service provider to supply, install, maintain and replenish hygiene equipment and related consumables for the Western Cape Regional Office for 36 months.** Suitable bidders should have capabilities in hygiene services, including installation, servicing, and quarterly deep cleaning, with ability to operate in Cape Town (WOODSTOCK, Searle Street) and meet OHS/hygiene standards.

#### Requirements
- Provide the full scope: supply, installation, maintenance, servicing, replenishment and cleaning of hygiene equipment and consumables for 36 months.
- Install and maintain the following: paper towel dispensers, sanitary hygiene bins, seat surface dispensers, antibacterial dispensers, urinal auto-flush system, surface cleaner foam, antibacterial dispenser soap, air freshener dispensers and refills, silver wall bins, electric diffuser scenting unit, and quarterly deep cleaning.
- General duties: provide labour, equipment and materials; ensure safety and compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental and waste-management requirements; maintain and replace defective equipment; service reports and timely response to faults.
- Submit required documents: Project Implementation Plan, Safety Plan, Letter of Good Standing, company references, proof of CSD registration, tax clearance, SBD forms (4; 6.1), CIPC documents, shareholding details, and team supervisor details.
- Evaluation: Functional criteria max 100 points (threshold 70), followed by price and specific goals (80/20).
