#### Requirements
- IMR/IMS Training for 23 delegates, aligned to ISO 9001-2015 and SANS 3000-1; QCTO accreditation required for IMR training.
- Tax/compliance: valid Tax Clearance, SARS PIN, and CSD registration; TCS PIN if applicable; separate TCS for each JV/consortium party.
- Mandatory documents (Stage 1A): Pricing Schedule, Submission Register, certified QCTO accreditation.
- Basic compliance (Stage 1B): Company registration, IDs for directors, bank details, CSD number, JV/consortium agreement if any, fully completed RFQ docs.
- Scoring documents (Stage 1C): Non-mandatory but scoring documents (e.g., BBBEE/audits) may be required for points.
- Preference points: 80/20 system; 20 specific-goal points for 51% Black Owned EME; provide evidence.
