- Minimum 70/100 points for functionality; must achieve at least 80 to proceed to price stage; three references for dock leveller maintenance.
- Key personnel: detailed CV of a competent technician with relevant experience; qualifications listed (e.g., N5/T3/S3 or higher + Trade Test in lifting machinery).
